Clearer scales and simpler controls

Educational body sizes now use an adjustable power law and independent magnification. Distance settings are preserved.

Explore each system

Layers list the current system’s bodies by category. Asteroid and Halley cards separate concise facts from explanations and limitations. Explore parallax by translating near Alpha Centauri.

Keep your bearings

Tracking remains visible during journeys. The ruler can measure M87*’s reference horizon. Measurements, location and date stack above subtitles. Compact controls place Play/Pause at the bottom, leaving more room for time.

Explicit visual conventions

The Galactic Centre and M87 environments are illustrative. The microwave background is subtler, and calculated redshift is selected by default. Stellar evolution thumbnails have been recaptured without subtitles.
